HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. The shipping time usually takes 2-5 weeks for our Premium shipping method and 3-7 weeks for our Standard shipping method. The time depends on the customers country and on the item that was purchased. Our fastest shipping time is to the United States.

We ship overseas so our shipping times are a bit longer than expected. However, we offer you good prices and great quality, so please be patient and you won't regret it!

Please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more different items. We ship your items in multiple packages for many different reasons. It benefits our customers because some items arrive quicker than others and pass through customs clearance faster. Also, the fees and taxes (in case there are any) for our customers are much lower and we want you to get your items without additional costs if possible! This is also why you will see lower price costs on your packaging, which is a standard across the globe now for sending any type of items.

WHERE CAN I LEAVE A REVIEW?

When you receive your item(s) and you want to leave your review you can go to the product page and leave reviews on the bottom of the description. Simply click on Write a review button.

You can also leave photo reviews and receive a discount for your next purchase! Take a minute to upload the image and you will be rewarded nicely. We really appreciate all of your reviews!

Before leaving a bad review if the item is damaged, defected in any way or still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we will resolve this issue immediately.

WHEN WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been processed, the tracking Number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and emailed to you. Please note once you get the tracking number, the post office takes about 5 business days to activate the tracking. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us and include your order number.

Our Premium shipping method always has premium tracking, but our Standard shipping method doesn't track your order throughout the whole shipping time. For more information, you can always contact us!

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A "BUSINESS DAY"?

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

However, our customer support is available even on weekends and holidays!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro) and PayPal transacted in USD.

We accept credit cards via QuickPay fully 3D secure (QuickPay is one of the biggest companies in Europe that provides stores card payments). If your card doesn't have the 3D secure feature or you are unable to verify it, the payment will not be possible. However, you can always pay through PayPal (even with your credit card). Please read more about this in the next section.

WHAT IS 3D SECURE?

3D secure is a security measure which confirms that the payment is 100% safe for both parties. This is the last stage of checkout when you are redirected to QuickPay. You have to confirm your identity with an SMS, email or some bank provided details (bank code, password etc.). It will depend on your country, your bank and the type of your credit/debit card. The confirmation is fully encrypted and safe. The card has to be registered for online shopping and 3D secure so you could buy in our online store (most cards usually are registered for online shopping and have the 3D system enabled).

Without 3D secure confirmation, you will be unable to buy any items via QuickPay. If you have PayPal please use it instead. You can always contact your bank and ask them to help you add this feature if you don't already have it.

However, if you don't have the 3D secure feature, but wish to pay with your credit card simply pay as a PayPal guest with your card or make an account (the process is really quick). PayPal accepts all credit cards and you will be able to successfully make your purchase.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, order cancellations and modifications are not available after we process them. We usually tend to process and ship items as soon as we can for maximum customer satisfaction.

IT'S BEEN OVER THE DELIVERY TIME I'VE BEEN TOLD

If the item hasn't arrived please contact your post office or visit them to check if the item is there. You should do this within 7-10 days so the item doesn't get shipped back. Also, check if the item is in your mailbox (of course) or it got mixed up with someone else's mail from your building.

In case it is not there please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care of the problem and send a replacement.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order!. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. You will have to ask us for the returning address.

Once you return your item your original payment method will be refunded within 5 business days.

FREE JUST PAY SHIPPING ITEMS

On special occasions, we offer free items. You only have to pay for the shipping cost. However, the limit is 5 free items per order.

WHAT IF MY DELIVERED ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged and we will review your request. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are not responsible if a package is not delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

The Golden Galleon is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur (except for the 10% Australian tax). Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

The Golden Galleon reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
