Our store is hosted by an online platform service. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Purchasing in this shop is 100% secure. This website (hosted by Shopify) stores your information on a secure server.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and PayPal transacted in USD.
We accept credit cards and Apple Pay via QuickPay fully 3D secure. If your card or other payment method does not have the 3D secure feature or you are unable to verify it, the payment will not be possible.
Without 3D secure confirmation, you will be unable to buy any items via QuickPay. If you have PayPal please use it instead. You can always contact your bank and ask them to help you add this feature if you don't already have it.
If you don't have the 3D secure feature, but wish to pay with your credit card simply pay as a PayPal guest with your card or make an account (the registration process is quick and simple). PayPal accepts all credit cards and you will be able to successfully make a purchase.
3D secure is a security measure which confirms that the payment is 100% safe for both parties. It is the last stage of our checkout. You have to confirm your identity with an SMS, email or some bank provided details (bank code, password etc.). The confirmation type will depend on your country, your bank and the type of your credit/debit card. The card has to be registered for online shopping and 3D secure so you could buy in our online store (most cards usually are registered for online shopping and have the 3D system enabled). 3D secure is an important security measure for any online shop against fraud or credit card theft.

All amounts are in USD (United States Dollars). No matter which currency is displayed for you the payment will be processed in US Dollars.
The Golden Galleon uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we can not read your information.
In order to enable payment by you to fulfil your orders, we may collect name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and other billing information. This information will only be shared with third parties who facilitate completion of the purchase transaction, such as by fulfilling orders and processing credit card payments.
All you have to do is decide which payment to use for the items that are given to you.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
If the item hasn't arrived please contact your post office or visit them to check if the item is there. You should do this within 7-10 days so the item doesn't get shipped back. Also, check if the item is in your mailbox (of course) or it got mixed up with someone else's mail from your building.

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. The shipping time usually takes 2-5 weeks for our Premium shipping option and 3-7 weeks for our Standard shipping option. The time depends on the customers country and the item that was purchased.
Our Premium shipping option is much faster, it provides premium tracking numbers and premium orders have priority in processing!
We are delivering to all countries on this list.
We guarantee delivery (in case the items were never received you will be eligible for a refund). However, please be patient because we ship overseas.
We do not recommend ordering items to your temporary address as they might be late or the shipping too slow for you. Please contact us about the shipping times and choose an address that will be a safe delivery place for your items.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. The shipping time usually takes 2-5 weeks for our Premium shipping option and 3-7 weeks for our Standard shipping option (the shipping time is usually faster for the USA, the average for Europe and Canada and slower for distant countries like South America or Africa). The time depends on the customers country and the item that was purchased. Please be patient as we ship overseas! Ordering items at a wrong address or your old address are your mistake and you have to deal with it in case it happened. Please contact us as fast as you can so we can try and stop the order and change the destination. We will do our best to help you and provide you with all the information we can.
The Golden Galleon is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
On special occasions, we offer free items. You only have to pay for the shipping cost. However, the limit is 5 free items per order. If you order more than 5 free items we will be forced to cancel the order and contact you about it.

We have a 30 days return policy. If your product is damaged, not as described or has not arrived please contact us and we will make an agreement. We are offering full or partial refunds.
The complaint does not apply to errors caused by the customers. There will be no refunds for damage caused by improper operation of the product/service.

The customer will have to cover return costs to the location provided by us. Do not return our products to the company's address.

Item Condition When Dispatching The Return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in real use.
